Blueberries N Cream Cupcakes

These cupcakes were inspired by Martha. THE Martha, you know the one. The Martha that roasts Justin Bieber. The Queen of dirty looks. The Martha that served time in jail. So needless to say I didn’t change much with this recipe; but it was to good not to share.  I did make a few adjustments to the sugar, the blueberries and the portion size. Wooo hooo! It might snow! Okay, so it will only be a 1/2 of an inch followed by a lot of treacherous ice but where I live this is a big deal. My 6-year-old gets out of school at noon today even though the “wintry mix” isn’t supposed to start until tonight. I know this must seem crazy to everyone up north but people just freak out down south when it comes to winter weather. In order to celebrate this weather event {yes, that’s what we call bad weather, “events”}, I figured I would bake some sweet and yummy Marbled Chocolate Banana Bread.
