Chickpea Veggie Burgers

It’s been a crazy week! Is is Friday yet? Thursday is close enough I guess but it’s still not technically Friday so lets still eat healthy okay? I remember back in the college days when every Thursday was a par-tay. Now my weekends are strictly Friday and Saturday. Meaning on Friday and Saturday I allow myself to eat and drink whatever I please {and there’s a lot of good stuff I fit into those two days}.
