Now fast forward 5 months and the rest of my chickens need to be cooked and my love of all things chicken has been renewed, so I pulled the last couple chick-a-dees out of the deep freezer and made some super yummy chicken dishes. Baked Potato1 Beeeep, beeep, beeep!! “Dinner’s Ready!” Yup, that’s what my 2 year said when he heard the microwave go off at a family gathering a couple years ago. It’s quick, and with the right food  you can still make a healthy nutritious meal in no time at all, like this Nuked Veggie Baked Potato, 20 minutes of microwaving and you’ve got a nice , healthy, filling, and comforting dinner.
